THREE MAIN AREAS

Length. Angle. Yield.

Optimisation and end trimming

Cutting to a length list, handling marked defects and organising output pieces. Flow-through systems, OPTIMA pusher versions and T 521 end trimmers.

SPECIAL-PURPOSE TECHNOLOGY

OMGA / part of the DIERREGI programme.

OMGA has been developing sawing technology since 1960. The DIERREGI company brand brings together classic saws, NC positioning and automated cutting systems.

We focus on preparing smaller and medium-sized linear elements: solid wood for furniture, battens, frames, profiles and components for windows and doors. This is a different task from CNC machining of large CLT panels or glued structural beams. Optimised cutting can prepare pieces for further processing; on its own it is not yet a length-jointing line.

EXTENDED RANGE

Other solutions by purpose.

V-cut saws

V-cut saws

For frames and corner assemblies. The V 235 has two cutting units; the V 2013 NC allows adjustment to the geometry of polygonal frames. For aluminium, the manufacturer provides dedicated accessories.

Double mitre saws

Double mitre saws

Processing both ends of a profile in one setup. The TR series includes different adjustment and guidance methods; the choice is determined by profile length, angles and repetition.

TRF 527 NC

TRF 527 NC

A dedicated double-cut version for frame elements. Well suited to repetitive products when a standard single saw becomes a bottleneck.

Radial saws

Radial saws

The cutting unit moves along a radial arm. For cross-cuts and preparing elements; the working range depends on the arm length, blade and settings.

RAS series

RAS series

Radial versions for a larger working area and dedicated cutting. Compare the required cutting dimensions with the table for the specific model.

TI double format cutting

TI double format cutting

TI 2500 SUPER and TI 3000 SUPER for machining the opposite edges of panels. Their purpose is panel sizing, so we do not equate this equipment with batten cross-cutting.

EQUIPMENT SELECTION

Let's start with your workpiece.

Specify the material, cross-section, input and final lengths, angles and approximate quantity. Add a description of the current working method. This allows us to determine the right saw, clamping, feed and software options.
