External videos are loaded only when you allow them. You can browse the site content without them too.

This notice describes cookies and similar technologies on arhar.eu. In both the industrial and ice cream programmes, Microsoft Clarity analytics is optional and loads only after consent. Both programmes also have a separate AI assistant.
Cookies are small records that a website stores in the browser. Local storage, session storage and browser databases work similarly. The rules also apply to these technologies, not only to files named “cookie”.
Scrolling the page, closing the notice or continuing to browse do not count as consent. Refusing the video does not prevent access to descriptions, images, catalogues or contact details.
Storage for basic operation
The records below are used by ARHAR on its own domain. The assistant storage is created when it is used, and the question is transmitted only when you choose an enquiry. We do not use them for advertising or tracking the visitor’s path across the web.

Type and provider
Storage of your choice, ARHAR / arhar.eu, sessionStorage.
Purpose
When you close the notice about the renewed site or choose to continue, this choice is remembered so the notice is not shown again in the same tab. It does not contain contact details and is not sent to the server.
Duration
Until the end of the tab session. The notice is intended only for the first 30 days after the renewed site is published; after this period it is not shown, even if the record is not stored.
PH_HPXY_CHECK
Type and provider
Essential cookie of the server infrastructure, ARHAR / arhar.eu.
Purpose
Technical connection check and protection of the website against abuse.
Duration
Session cookie: no specified expiry date; usually until the end of the browser session.
arhar_helper_v2
Type and provider
Essential storage of the requested function, ARHAR / arhar.eu, sessionStorage.
Purpose
Keeps the open assistant state and up to the last 20 messages so you can move between pages in the same tab.
Duration
Up to two hours from the assistant’s last use. It is usually deleted when the tab is closed. You can delete the conversation earlier in privacy settings or start a "New conversation".

Type and provider
Essential storage of the requested function, ARHAR / arhar.eu, sessionStorage.
Purpose
At your choice, transfers the question from the assistant to the contact form, together with the area and source page.
Duration
Until taken into the form, valid for up to 10 minutes. You can add to or delete the question in the form.
arhar_video_consent_v1
Type and provider
Essential record of your choice, ARHAR / arhar.eu, sessionStorage.
Purpose
In this tab records the last video choice, time, clip label and notice version. It does not contain your name, email or conversation and is not sent to the server. It does not enable automatic loading of the next videos.
Duration
Two hours from the last choice or until the end of the tab session.
When idle or when the tab is paused, the browser may delay deletion. Expired records are discarded when used again. If the browser restores a closed session, we check their validity periods.
YouTube videos – only at your choice
We host the preview images ourselves. Clicking the video first opens an explanation and two options: "Allow this video" or "Do not allow". Only permission establishes a connection to YouTube. The choice applies to this viewing, not to all future visits.
YouTube is provided by Google Ireland Limited in Ireland. When loaded, it receives data such as IP address, browser and device information, and viewing and player operation data. It may use cookies and other storage. The legal basis for loading this optional content and the associated transfer of data is your consent under Article 225 of the ZEKom-2 and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
We use youtube-nocookie.com, a mode with enhanced privacy. This does not mean that the player does not process data or use storage. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area; it explains the method of processing, rights and mechanisms for international transfers in Google’s privacy policy.
Player storage details
In the embedded player test, after permission the records ytidb::LAST_RESULT_ENTRY_KEY and yt-icons-last-purged in local storage and the database YtIdbMeta (IndexedDB) of the domain www.youtube-nocookie.com. This is internal state and cache and database management of the player. This storage has no automatic expiry at browser level; it remains until deleted in the browser or removed by the provider.
The use of individual Google cookies also depends on the browser, account settings and player version. Google states, among other things, YSC for session security (session), PREF for player settings (8 months), __Secure-YNID or older VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE for service operation, settings and measurements (6 months) and __Secure-YENID or __Secure-YEC for service operation and protection (13 months). These are not cookies that ARHAR would place when this page is normally opened.
Under the video, choose "Revoke consent and close video" or close the video window. We remove the player from the page and ask again for a new viewing. You can also do the same via the link "Privacy settings" in the page footer. There you can also delete the conversation and pending question from this tab’s temporary storage.
Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing before revocation. ARHAR cannot directly delete cookies or data stored by Google in its domain. Remove these in the browser settings for website data, e.g. for youtube-nocookie.com, youtube.com and google.com. There you can also remove domain data arhar.eu. Full blocking of essential storage may limit the operation of the assistant or connection.
Instructions can be found in your browser help under "Cookies" or "Website data". Changing browser or device does not transfer your choices from one device to another.
Microsoft Clarity
To improve navigation, we use Microsoft Clarity, which loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It captures pages visited, timing, clicks, scrolling and browser or device information to produce heatmaps and session replays. Microsoft also receives your IP address when connecting. Identifiers are pseudonymous: this is not a visitor directory and we do not link the records to enquiries.
The legal basis is your prior consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 225 of the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2). Without consent, we do not load Clarity, including its cookieless measurement mode. Consent to a video, newsletter or enquiry does not cover analytics. You can change your choice under “Privacy settings” in the footer.
We do not record contact pages, signed-in administrators or URLs with query parameters. Forms and the entire chat are additionally masked before capture. We do not send names or email addresses as visitor identifiers. Advertising consent is sent as denied; Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag integrations are not enabled.
arhar_analytics_consent_v1: local storage on the website domain, up to 180 days. It records your permission or refusal, time and notice version to respect your choice, and is created only when you choose. After consent, Clarity uses _clck (up to 1 year, recognising this browser on this site) and _clsk (up to 1 day, linking page views into a session). Withdrawal removes these cookies. We cannot delete third-party cookies; you can remove Microsoft domain data in your browser settings.
The old public pages and their forms were withdrawn on 15 September 2026. Old links lead to relevant new content where a replacement exists; otherwise, a withdrawal notice is displayed. The old catalogue, cart and their forms are no longer available to visitors. Online purchases are not offered.
Withdrawal of the old Google reCAPTCHA verification
The old forms using Google reCAPTCHA are no longer available. Contact forms for the industrial and ice cream programmes use Cloudflare Turnstile, described in this notice. You can also send an enquiry directly by email or call us.
Contact form protection — Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile in Managed mode to prevent automated spam submissions. When the protected form loads, your browser connects to Cloudflare. Technical signals include the IP address, browser and connection information, and the form domain. Our server validates the response before sending the message.
We do not send your enquiry text, name, company or entered email address to Cloudflare. Server verification sends only the security token and service key. This protection is not an analytics or advertising tool. Pre-clearance is disabled in this installation.
We also use submission limits and technical records to prevent abuse. These contain hashed identifiers, counters and delivery status, not the enquiry text. Limit windows last up to one day; duplicate-submission records are normally cleaned after two days. Sent email is retained under the separate criteria in our privacy notice.
The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., USA. ARHAR processes technical data on the basis of its legitimate interest in securing the form and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may also contact us directly by email or telephone. This legal basis is separate from the rules on device access: the exception under Article 225 of ZEKom-2 applies only to an essential security function, not to analytics or advertising.
Cloudflare acts as a processor when providing protection for ARHAR, and as an independent controller when improving bot detection under its own notice. Data may be processed outside the EEA, including in the USA. Cloudflare identifies the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for US transfers, and standard contractual clauses with additional measures where necessary for other relevant transfers or as a fallback. You may request information about, or a copy of, the relevant safeguards from us.
Cloudflare retention is separate from the ARHAR periods stated above: the provider limits it according to necessity for the stated purposes, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Its notice does not specify one uniform number of days for all Turnstile data. Its Turnstile addendum and privacy policy explain roles, transfers, retention and rights.
