WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE?

Three purposes of wood preparation.

01 / Drying

We remove moisture from the wood to the target level suitable for further processing and use. The choice depends on wood species, thickness and quantity.

02 / Impregnation

We introduce the selected protective agent into the wood. The aim is to meet durability requirements or provide specifically defined protection.

03 / Steaming

We prepare the wood for bending with heat and steam. This is followed by forming in a jig and stabilising the shape.

Drying is intended to achieve the appropriate moisture content, not to remove all water. Boards, lamellas, beams and other products require different programmes; suitability for logs or special cross-sections is checked separately.

What does the person prepare?

They select and sort the material, stack the wood correctly, install the probes and set the programme and target moisture content. At the end, they check the results.

What does the control system manage?

It monitors the readings and, according to the selected programme, controls the available functions: heating, vacuum, ventilation or dehumidification. The scope depends on the technology and equipment.

We start with your material.

Tell us the wood species, dimensions, quantity per batch, initial and desired moisture content, and the available energy sources. On this basis we determine the most suitable technology, usable capacity and scope of control.
