Cutting and CNC
Nesting arranges the parts on the panel. The machining strategy must take into account clamping, small parts and the cutting sequence.
Edges
We choose the glue, edge band thickness and machining units. When changing the product, we repeat the saved settings.
Surface and assembly
Sanding is adjusted to solid wood, veneer or lacquered surfaces. Marking helps ensure that the right part reaches the right workstation.

morbidelli x100 / nesting
CNC centre for panel cutting, milling and drilling. SmartCut adjusts the cutting sequence so the element remains securely held during machining. Vacuum zones and options for smaller pieces are selected according to your products.
Maestro lab enables geometry and machining preparation; the nesting module is intended for arranging elements. Marking and connection with furniture design software require the appropriate modules and verified data transfer.

olimpic 500 / edge banding
Compact edge banding machine for small and medium-sized businesses. Multi-radius machining allows adaptation to the edge; the extent of automatic settings depends on the equipment.
The SGP-E glue application unit is designed for use with EVA and PUR with the appropriate changeover procedure. Maestro active edge links unit control in a single interface.

SELECTED TECHNOLOGY
dmc sd 60 / surface preparation
Wide belt sander for calibrating and sanding solid wood and wood-based panels. For veneered or lacquered surfaces, the appropriate combination of units and sanding shoe is selected.
The eye-S electronic programmer enables work programs to be saved. With sensitive surfaces, the choice of segmented shoe and the correct pressure is important, not just the belt grit.

Prepare once, reuse the knowledge.
In Maestro lab, we can import DXF, define tools and machining operations, and use ready-made applications or macros. The technology library helps repeat a proven production method with new geometry. Additional modules cover 3D machining, nesting, marking and other tasks.
Maestro active CNC is the operator interface on supported CNCs: work organisation, user roles, program overview and operating assistance. This is a different task from drawing and preparation in CAD/CAM.
Easier repetition, clear responsibility.
The operator still checks the material, clamping, tools and first piece. Pre-prepared programs reduce repetitive setup, but do not replace training and knowledge of safe working.
The edge banding machine uses Maestro active edge, while the dmc sd 60 uses the eye-S programmer. A shared brand does not mean automatic data connectivity for all machines. We determine transfer from your furniture software, labels and traceability according to the actual process.
