TWO WAYS TO A READY-TO-USE COMPONENT

Controlled programme or adjustable stops?

BS 800 GT

BS 800 GT

CNC with controlled axes and stored programmes. The emphasis is on adapting to different furniture components and reducing repeated setup.

MAGGI Boring System 21 Prestige — single-head multi-spindle boring machine

Single-head boring machines

Semi-automatic multi-spindle machines: you set the tools, references and depth yourself. The common drilling head then carries out the set drilling stroke.

Three sizes. Clear comparison.

BS 21 Prestige

Compact starting point for multi-spindle drilling.

The drilling head span and the maximum panel width are different data. The span tells you the distance between the outermost spindles, while the format indicates the acceptable workpiece size. The drilling setup must also suit the stops and the tooling.

BS 21 Prestige

BS 21 Prestige

For standard drilling of furniture components, when a 640 mm span and manual adjustment of the side stops by scale are sufficient.

BS 23

BS 23

704 mm span and side stops with numerical counters. A sensible comparison if you often change references.

BS 1200 EVO / for more demanding formats.

MAGGI BS 1200 EVO

More width and different feeding

Up to 1200 mm width, 60 mm thickness and 70 kg panel weight. The pneumatic clamp moves the workpiece; machining takes place from the underside. OSAI OPEN LIGHT and PEGASUS PANEL control support job setup; additional drilling directions, grooves and basic milling depend on the configuration.

We include this model in the selection when the task exceeds the sensible range of the BS 800 GT.

HOW DO WE CHOOSE A SENSIBLE MACHINE?

Compare the work you repeat.

  1. ElementMaterial, dimensions and weight of the workpiece.
  2. Drilled holesSurface or edge, diameters, depths, hardware.
  3. OrdersThe same pattern or frequent changes in dimensions.
  4. WorkshopSpace, feed, electricity, air and extraction.

MAGGI focuses on equipment for joinery workshops and smaller production. Our selection connects specific tasks with the appropriate machine and equipment.

A PROPOSAL FOR YOUR WORKSHOP

Tell us which elements you drill.

For a useful quotation, we need the material type, dimensions of a typical element, the drilling pattern and the approximate quantity of products. Also state any existing tools and available connections.

If you have a drawing, you can send it to us after further agreement. Together we determine the basic machine and accessories your product actually needs.
