WHAT DOES THIS MACHINE DO?
BS 800 GT is a through-feed CNC drilling machine with top-side processing. It is intended for panels for cabinets, kitchens and other custom furniture parts.
You enter the dimensions and machining positions in the program. The stored pattern is the basis for repetition, so there is no need to manually transfer all coordinates to the stops for every batch.
Holes in the face, edges or groove for the back panel are not the same requirement. First define the product, then the drilling head configuration and accessories.
FROM DATA TO WORKPIECE
From the drawing of the element to repeatable drilling.
Animated illustration of the principle; not to scale and not a substitute for instructions for safe use. The actual setup, tools and sequence depend on the equipment and the programme.
THE PROGRAM IS PART OF THE MACHINE

12-inch touch screen, parametric setup, macros and work lists. The control allows storage of up to 1000 programs. USB and Ethernet are intended for data transfer and connectivity.
For example: for the next cabinet, you open the saved setup, check the element and machining dimensions, and make a test piece. The program reduces repeated data entry; it does not make the furniture design decision.
With the appropriate licence, you can also prepare programs on an office computer and transfer them to the machine. We check licences, macros and connection with the existing program separately.
The published standard equipment includes Teleservice. The network and support agreement enable use of the connection; response time is not an automatic feature of every delivery.

The extended technical tables also show additional aggregates. The base machine is therefore not automatically equipped with all the listed spindles or the sawing aggregate.

Gripping the panel, edge detection and workpiece support work together in positioning. Brushes help limit surface contact with chips. Before selecting the machining process, we also check the surface condition and the suitability of the material for vacuum feed.
TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
| Maximum panel dimensions X × Y × Z | 3000 × 800 × 50 mm |
|---|---|
| Minimum panel dimensions X × Y × Z | 300 × 100 × 10 mm |
| Maximum panel weight | 25 kg |
| Spindle spacing / speed | 32 mm / 3200 min⁻¹ |
| Axis speed with load / without load | 25 / 40 m/min |
| Drill head and saw motor | 2.2 kW |
| Total power of the extended version | 3 kW · manufacturer designation “full-optional” |
| Compressed air | 6 bar |
| Extraction connection | Ø 160 mm |
| Overall dimensions / weight | 1830 × 2000 × 1800 mm / 975 kg |
The brochure states a minimum length of 250 mm, while the current online table gives 300 mm. For short elements, suitability is confirmed for the specific configuration. The machine’s overall dimensions are not the full required working space: the panel, access and feed must also be taken into account.

ANSWERS BEFORE AN ENQUIRY
Basic setup is carried out on the built-in screen. Office work is an additional option with the appropriate licence. Existing CAD software must not be assumed to be compatible automatically: we check the data format and transfer procedure.
It is presented as a drilling machine with groove-making capability. It is not a replacement for a panel saw or a general nesting CNC. We assess each non-standard operation according to the tooling, aggregates and access to the element.
Programming makes different sizes and patterns easier. Each element must remain within the permitted dimensions, weight and machining capability. For new setup, check the references, tools and result of the first piece.
A drawing or a clear description of the element, material, dimensions, drillings and grooves, and the approximate quantity. It is also useful to state which software you use to prepare the products and what connections and extraction system you have.

A PROPOSAL FOR YOUR WORKSHOP
For a useful quotation, we need the material type, dimensions of a typical element, the drilling pattern and the approximate quantity of products. Also state any existing tools and available connections.
If you have a drawing, you can send it to us after further agreement. Together we determine the basic machine and accessories your product actually needs.
The form keeps the detail of which presentation of the machine you came from.
