Solvents, water-based washing fluids and oil emulsions require appropriately selected processes. Any connection between washing and regeneration is determined by the fluid composition, volumes and method of use.

The container and the washing medium are connected.
Industrial washing removes residue from a container or product. FORMECO regenerates suitable solvents by distillation, and treats water-based process fluids with dedicated evaporators and concentrators. These are two different tasks that can be technologically linked in a suitable process.
For such a connection, we check the cleaning medium, type of residue, volumes, filtration, pumping and reuse requirements. For water-based washing fluids or emulsions, we assess evaporation and concentration; for solvents, the appropriate distiller version. The selection follows the fluid composition and not only the container size.
