In many industries, various flammable and non-flammable solvents, paints, lacquers, resins, and pigments are used, which, after use, become hazardous waste. Additionally, numerous sectors produce large quantities of wastewater contaminated with emulsions, oils, greases, detergents, and other cleaning agents. Using vacuum distillation technology, we purify contaminated wastewater and waste solvents, recovering a clean distillate—either the original solvent or water. This distillate is then recycled back into the production process, contributing to both environmental protection and cost savings.
This technology offers significant environmental benefits by reducing fresh water consumption and minimizing hazardous waste disposal. From an economic standpoint, distillation reduces costs associated with fresh water use, hazardous waste disposal, and purchasing new solvents.
We provide small distillers with capacities ranging from 15 to 160 liters, and for industrial applications, we offer complete engineering solutions, from concept to installation, for distillation systems with capacities of up to 12,000 liters per hour.
